Sewer Rates for Richland Center

The rate increases reflect the first rate increases since 1996. The rate increase is required for the future construction of a new wastewater treatment facility. The new rate must return $3 million by 2012 to offset the ineligible portions of the Clean Water Fund loan.

Rates are likely to be adjusted as actual costs and grant funding is determined.
